Some of those jazz LP covers are so iconic. I just love the Blue Note ones in particular. I had not realised that Andy Warhol did some covers as well. You learn something everyday.

interesting how the trends follow the artistic styles and music of the times..
jazz and abstract art are a good fit

word art was a thing for a long while in magazine ads and the fashion industry, but i think a photo says a lot about the performer's personality and moods

i guess you can judge an album by its cover )))

it's all art in the end
