so are you noticing more covid in your hospital this autumn?

We have a couple of units that are designated for taking care of the positive cases and I thankfully don't work on that unit, so I am not really sure if our numbers are going up in the hospital.
I know the number of cases in Minnesota are climbing, so I would guess it's only a matter of time. :(

i understand the reason there are numbers are because of testing, and some are false positives and some are true negatives and yet others are projectives, so the actual number or real cases remains to be seen..
i don't believe potus actually has covid. or else it may have been an attempt on his life like jfk by the deep state cabal.. but mainstream wouldn't investigate because they belong to the same mafioso james gang.. or so i understand..
nothing actually makes sense anymore
