I know, California is in a severe water shortage and there's SO MUCH FUCKING WATER RIGHT THERE and we can't use it and it kills me. No one will build any desalination plants and the ones we have on the coast aren't operational.

i thought california was working on a possible desalination?

this is what obama didn't do. he didn't sponsor sustainable existence projects.

and bush, well their solution was katrina..

it's either hurricane or drought with those bananas!
