So I've been home for a couple days now and have spent the time being completely anti-social and holed up at home. It's really great to be back in Singapore - mom's dabbling around with the idea of retiring and becoming a bona fide tai tai - I think it's awesome and a far cry from the days when she'd come back grouchy and stressed out over work
