[It's early morning, just after dawn, and Konan is sat down by the water's edge, about to take a swim in that beautifully clear lake =) But for the moment she is quite content, sat on the grass with a flask of tea, listening to the sound of the birds in the forest]

[Gaara sees Konan, and after spending the night by his little fire cleaning the skins, he decides that right now would be a perfect time to give her his gift of the rabbit furs, so he wonders on over~

Pity he totally forgot about the being covered in blood thing].

Konan-sensei?

[Recognizing the voice, she turns her head towards him]

You are awake early, Gaar-

[....A pause, and a couple blinks of her eyes as she takes in the sight. Gaara- parts of twigs and bark embedded in his hair and dried blood stains over his clothes]

Gaara! [Up from the ground, she runs over to him] Are you hurt?! What happened to you?!

[blood_n_sand]

[He stares at her wide eyed for a second -- she was angry at him? mad even -- before he process's what she was asking -- she was concerned for him? Whenever he came back they just told him to take a shower...]

Is there something wrong sensei? Has something happened?

[pierced_paper]

Something wrong?! [she pauses for a moment, utterly confused as to why he seems to have no idea what she is talking about]

Of course something is wrong! Look at you, you are covered in blood! Where are you injured?! [She immediately begins to roll up his sleeves, checking his arms for any significant cuts] Who did this to you?

[ohmei]

[Mei isn't usually a morning person, but she heard Konan get up this morning, and thought to join her. And Mei is quite prepared for a lovely swim, armed with a blue bathing suit and a thermos of coffee]

[sits down next to Konan and smiles] Morning, Konan. Lovely, isn't it?

Morning! [she turns around to smile]

it is beautiful.. and peaceful. At least until the children wake up anyway. Are you going to join me for a swim in a moment?

[ohmei]

Yes...shame the children had to come with us. It could have been an otherwise peaceful vacation...

[smiles] I'm looking forward to the swim, actually....

[nods sagely] I am actually surprised we haven't had any troubles yet. Well, more or less.. [apart from the whole incident with Gaara a little while ago]

Shall we? [Smiles as she removes the skirt and cardigan she had been wearing, showing off a little bikini underneath]

[It sure is early. A little too early to be suspecting a crocodile attack or a mythical beast making its appearance from the water. But what is that in the distance, where the water dips and gargles? And towards the far edge it seems as though something emerges from the water, but is still hidden behind a patch of tall weeds....]

[There are ripples once again and something seems to be approaching Konan, still underwater, but swimming stealthily towards...]

//So. Like. DON'T BE SURPRISED IF YOU SPOT A NAKED HUMAN FISH(?)...THING... IN THE WATER. It's just Hashibanana ;D

[Konan is quite happily swimming around oblivious, until she turns to see ripples in the water. She stays still, watching them. As they get closer she realizes they are too big to be a fish... and at this point she goes into a slight panic mode as she slowly edges back towards the shore, because she has no idea what kind of animals live out here ;A;]

[The large creature continues to swim towards her~ ...And Hashirama, too focused on what he's looking at underwater (the fish and lake plants), doesn't really notice she's a few feet in front of him... ]

Ahh! [there is a little yelp as she is trying to swim backwards towards the shore, hitting and kicking at whatever is in the water in front of her]
