I am so filled with rage that I cannot sleep. "Hate in your heart will consume you, too." I know, Will Smith, I know- but I can't seem to snap out of it. I am not delusional enough to think that you are suppose to be happy 24/7. Life is full of ups and downs. Life throws you a curve ball.
