Such an interesting community!
My husband has been taking pics of food like forever, and I caught the "bug" too. By the way, forgive my English, it is not my first language. :)
There are so many things I never took a picture of, though, and now I have a good motivation to do it (especially family recipes my grandmother cooks).
The pictures I have are from restaurants (Italian, French, Chinese, Indian and others), kitchen experiments (my husband is the cook in this house) and family recipes (Ashkenazi, Judeo-Spanish and Judeo-Italian). Some of the last category are recipes going back to the Middle Ages.
Sefardi Cream (sotlachico)
Thai Restaurant - Baan Hai- (banana, tapioca balls and ???)
When my husband makes a chocolate cake
Kitchen experiment with duck, mango, eggplant, "duchesse" potatoes and spicy mango sauce (isn't he an artist?)
Another experiment (grilled chicken breast, home made strawberry sauce, mango, strawberries and cocoa powder)
A very original wedding cake (ours!)
Weird cake I was offered after birth
More will definitely come!
