Casting: Topher Grace as Spider-Man/Peter Parker
So: Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 were awesome. This is pretty much universally acknowledged. I went into Spider-Man 3 expecting equal amounts of awesome (with the added benefit of Topher Grace being Venom, and I adore him to an absolutely ridiculous degree), but, well... you know the story. I left it with two thoughts in my head, the first being, "WTFFFFFFFFF" and the second being, "You know what? Topher would've been a good Spidey."
(And after I thought that last thing, I went into a minor depression because of WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN WAAAAAH. I MEAN, SERIOUSLY. He was the right age and everything and... yeah.)
