I don't really know why I like Paula. I think I was captivated by her performance in Precious. She's been around and I've most likely seen a couple of her movies too but I never really paid much attention until Precious. She's gorgeous and talented but terribly underrated! Oh and what's this? Married to Robin Thicke. Irrelevant. That may be a con to everything else good about her. =p
24. Kate Walsh
Remember when the show was Addison's Anatomy and nobody liked Meredith? I think that's still the case minus the Wicked Ex-wife of the East and more shitty drama. God, I really miss those days. Unfortunately I cannot watch her spin-off show so I'm left with memories instead. Fortunately tho, sometimes I find goldmines like this one that reminds me why I like Kate Walsh. She's gay friendly and hiiiiilarious to boot. * Oh btw don't worry awaltzforanight, I supported Rio for the Olympic bid but I can't help but love Kate in this.*
23. Ayelet Zurer
I think the first time I saw her on Munich, I knew there was something about her. Years later I find this familiar face on a friggin' Tom Hanks movie and finally got off my ass to connect it all together. You can't forget a pretty face. I actually wish she had more mainstream roles. The woman is not only pretty but she can act too, ya know.
22. Tina Fey
What up internerds?! I've always found her alluring since I got into 30 Rocks some years ago but when I found out what she looked like before the show/hollywood, that's when I figured that THERE'S HOPE FOR ALL OF US. =p If you don't understand, just do a bit of googling and you'll know what I mean. She's prime evidence that geeks can be hot too. You just need to know how to do it.
21. Mélanie Laurent
I didn't much about her but I needed only two things to convince me: a) the smoking scene in the cafe in Inglourious Basterds and b) that white suit she wore at Cannes. or maybe cos she's French? and that makes her instantly cool or something. idk.. I'm easily impressed.
20. Katee Sackhoff
I won't lie, it took me maybe two seasons to fully appreciate Kara Thrace. She was crass and quite unlikeable to me at first but she finally did grow on me. How could I have not seen the light soon enough? Such a bad ass. Then you meet the person behind the character and you meet an even bigger bad-ass. Plus she's bff's with Tricia Helfer. You'll know how relevant this as if you keep reading. xD
19. Diane Kruger
I blame Wicker Park. Ironically she was the object of a stalker's obsession in the movie. There's just something very elegant about her and I'm drawn to it.
18. Jessica Leccia
It really took a while but she won me over in the end. Yes yes I've been Leccia'd (and Chappell'd mind you, tho she won't be on this list.) and I'm no longer going to be ashamed about it. She wasn't perfect, albeit a bit stalker crazy in the end but she was Natalia. She was good and sweet and probably just a bit lost with some of her choices in life. You can't help but love her and her extensive knowledge in the kitchen. JL thankfully is not as uptight as her soap character but she's just as lovable.
17. Alessandra Ambrosio
I think if there's one thing I'm allowed in making a lusty list, it's that I should get a free pass on trashy choices. Exhibit A: AA. I will be honest right now I'm not expecting anything to be going on up here *points to head* but she's got everything else, noh?xD Don't worry I have a quota of two... so far. You'll see the other one later. lol.

If you've been reading my journal consistently then you'd recognize that I was fangirling hard for this woman earlier this year after seeing Tipping the Velvet. To be honest, my favorite feature is that fantastic voice and accent of hers. To die for. I can and would listen to it for hours. I might even play Tomb Raider if I have to. lol. She has the sweetest perfect pitch. Everything else is icing on the cake.
14. María Valverde
I surprise myself having this "girl" on the list. I don't think I have anyone younger than me on here but María is "special". (ie: she's Spanish? *headdesk*) I don't know what initially attracted me to her... cos I just found her out of the blue while searching on something else. But then I discovered that she had this awkward stage a year or so ago. It seems to be something celeb-tweeners go through before they get a stylist. I find it endearing actually. And she's very pretty! But she's also a late bloomer and that's what I like about her. Like it matters now, bitch looks amazing.
13. Anne Wis
If you're ever on my Twitter wondering who the hell is Stella, well let me put a face to the name. Why yes, I endured months of a german soap for this woman. And why wouldn't I? She's stunning. Those shoulders kill me. And I don't mind watching her walk around in suits all day long. To be honest, half the time I just wanted to run my hands through that ruffled hair of hers. xD

Is this a surprise? What's shocking to me is after all those gay roles, I find out she's not even gay. Ok maybe that's what's really attractive about her. She is THAT comfortable about herself. I wasn't a fan of her as Sarah Connors unfortunately but I would be lying if I told you she didn't look hot with that gun. -_-

It's the boobs isn't it? LOL. I kid I kid. I actually never took notice of Christina (having seen two things-- [okay, maybe just Firefly] she's in before Mad Men) before she became the fierce Joan Holloway. I was attracted to that bold admirable character before... well, everything else? You can't deny that this the epitome of what women should be. Curvy... and real? Yeah but I already look bad cos majority of the women on this list are not real women. So okay you got me. I'm as shallow as the next person.
10. Natascha McElhone
I've always had a crush on Natascha, which started from the film Ronin and then continued with her small part in the movie, The Truman Show. It's those astonishing eyes, I think. I love her even more as hip mom Karen... even if she's so damn flaky. I want to be cool and fucked up as she is. Ok, maybe not really the latter.

It's just that air of mystery she exudes. She calls herself a nerd apparently and I don't believe it. I love that she's so picky about her roles. You relish her time on-screen cos you know there won't be much to see. But unlike most people, I wasn't so enthralled with Vesper but what did it for me was her role in The Dreamers.

Vico Vico Vico. If there's one unrealistic thing that's making me look forward to becoming a nurse, it is the notion of working with someone like Vico...er Maca. Granted, I will have to be Esther in the situation; while I don't like her, I guess I'll be happy to have Maca in the end. :p The woman herself is all kinds of sexy with that husky voice (smokers voice that is) of hers and those hot blazers she keeps sporting.

To fulfill my trashy girl quota out of the whole list, here's trashy girl number 2. lol. I won't lie, my interest in Carolina may just be a little more shallow than I would admit at times. I did truly like Vero (Hospital Central) though... unlike most people. I'm on the fence with what she's like irl but I hear some good things too. I just acknowledge that the woman uses her assets. A LOT. xD

Relatively new to the list, but I've always found her gorgeous. I think it just increased ten-fold when I watched Vicky Cristina Barcelona this year. Is it weird that I fancy her boyfriend too?:p

Ok Tricia's been on my list for years. I haven't squee'd much about her this year but that doesn't change anything. I've seen too many episodes of shows I don't even watch for this woman. :p She has that kind of effect on me, what can I say?

Surprise surprise! The day I discovered Laura fucking Sánchez, my whole perspective has changed. Tbh, she pretty much led me to Spain. lol. The woman is simply gorgeous and from what I hear seems to have an equally gorgeous personality. I can't count how many times I've been told of stories from the people who've met her irl. Everyone has srsly met her it seems. Does everyone in Spain know each other or something?:p All jokes aside, I can't get enough of her so hearing stories about her is much appreciated. It doesn't ruin the fascination any less. I can't wait for more stuff from this woman! Oh why have I only discovered her this year? Her tv show, Los Hombres de Paco, is coming back (January, I believe?) and I can't wait to see her in action again. Hopefully she stays on a bit longer so I can see more of her that is.
