Ohhh man. So many favourites here! State! Graduation Day and Becoming! Commencement & Twenty Five! Love, Daisies and Troubadours! OBJECTS IN SPACE! I was a little surprised to see Objects in Space as your #1, but the more I think about it the more I think you're right. That episode is incredible. (River Tam, how are you still so interesting to me?!) I was going to say that I prefer What Kind of Day Has It Been as far as finales go, but then I realized that it's actually In the Shadow of Two Gunmen that destroy me. So as long as we're just talking finales and not premieres then I agree.
