I loved this... Marcus really is volatile, the way you have him written here. He worries me a bit, because I can see him being the one to resent Bishop enough to try and take him down. And if that ever happens, I'll cry xD I don't know anything much about the UK version so I don't know if the Marcus equivalent in there killed Herrick or what, but yeah... if Marcus goes after Bishop I hope Aidan steps in to help. Not necessarily because he agrees with Bishop, but because of that connection they have and how much he hates Marcus for the things he's done already.
I can just see Bishop being this way though, accepting Marcus back even when it's detrimental to him and Aidan.
Good stuff :)

I really do think Aidan would help if it came down to Bishop versus Marcus. It'd be in his best interest to, because Bishop at least has his back and he knows he can get away with a lot... with Marcus? Marcus ALREADY wants him dead. I was hoping Bishop would destroy Marcus for what he did to Aidan, but I guess that would destroy the dramatic angle the show seems to be taking if they DO have a showdown.

I think the tension will just build and build and build until something eventually breaks, and Marcus is kicked out for good, but comes back with an army of fledglings to try and wage war on Bishop. Not that I've thought about this in great detail or anything. >>

I loved it, because I think this is exactly how Bishop is and how he looks at Aidan and Marcus. This feels like Bishop so much it hurts.
Write more, because I'm a whore for your stories and all of that D8
