Silly vampire ideas

My current LARP vampire character is too nice to die any time soon, but whenever I am playing this kind of game I always end up with loads of ideas for future characters.  For some reasons, all my recent ideas have been very silly

We have a Gangrel with assloads of Arcane as an NPC in our game. He gets sporadically misplaced by everyone, vampires included. If he's gone off too long, everybody forgets he was there at all or even what his name was. Everyone has the head smacking "how did I possibly forget a drop dead gorgeous one eyed Gangrel covered in runic tattoos who dresses like he still thinks its the viking era?"

Then they remember he has NO TACT. Zero. Zilch. (he's Charisma zero) They'd hold a grudge... if they remembered who they were holding it against...

Thus he frequently shows up to give people bad news, warnings, or occasionally objects and then half hour later people will be going "why do I have this vague uneasy feeling about X? Maybe heard something about it being dangerous... but where?" His usual goodbye is "you'll forget all about this in a few minutes."
