ELIMINATE
#17 - The icon is very dark and the duplicate picture doesn't fit very well.
#23 - The icon is rather blurry and the texture seems out of place.
#10 - The coloring makes the icon washed out. It needs more contrast.

FAVORITE
#18 - the pink and yellow coloring works very nicely with the picture and the crop is very original
#20 - the bright coloring makes this icon really stand out!

#08 - Her face looks blurring and a bit too orange.
#12 - The cropping is too straight on and unexciting and the coloring feels flat.
#16 - Her skin looks really grainy and the coloring is unflattering.

FAVORITE
#03 - The coloring is gorgeous!
#15 - The love the cropping and the sharpening is perfect!

#18 - The crop is quite awkward, it only shows the persons one eye and no other facial features so it looks kind of odd. Also, the focus of the icon is her hand it seems, not her hair which was the theme (or at least its not partly the focus anyway).
#16 - The image looks very grainy/poor quality. It doesn't look like the iconist took a lot, if any time, to add coloring other than its original look.
#23 - The image looks a bit grainy. The texture used doesn't seem to flatter the image well, it just doesn't seem to belong, with the way the image was cropped and I think even the colors make a difference too.

FAVORITE#22 - Great crop, it looks really good being cropped just below her eyes but with her flowing hair in the icon to fit the theme perfectly. The coloring was well done too, simple but it's neither boring or too much

#08 - A little over saturated which makes the final product a bit blurry.
#10 - The icon looks very washed out as it is too pale. The colour should be bolder for it to stand out more.
#23 - The placement of the texture doesn't work, especially as it's cutting off part of her hair. She also looks a little washed out, colour wise.

FAVORITE
#05 - Great crop and nice light effect.
#07 - Love the coloring. It really suits the picture used.

#02 - the white line around the image looks a little messy. The stripes of the background are too defined; if the colours were blurred into each other a little more it might help. Love the use of text though.
#12 - the central crop isn't all that exciting; it doesn't seem like there's much going on in this icon, and the white space in the background is dull.
#24 - the line around the image and the background looks pixelated and badly cut out.

FAVORITE
#10 - fits the theme absolutely, lovely colouring as well
#19 - love the contrast of light and dark, crop is awesome too!
