- ONE icon should be entered by each participant.
- Icons must be 100x100 or less and 40kb or less.
- Brushes, textures, stock images, etc. are allowed, but NO ANIMATION.
- ICONS MUST STAY ANONYMOUS UNTIL THE END OF THE ROUND.
- Submit your icon using the form provided.

challenge seventeen theme - hands
For this challenge, your celeb must be doing something with his/her hand[s] in your icon. Really, you just need to make sure your celeb's hand[s] are in the icon, giving a peace sign, holding something, blowing a kiss, etc.
