They're rating communities, you pretty much join and apply by telling us your favorite movies/bands and a few facts about you and then send some pics and they tell you "yes" or "no" and if you get in you get to rate other people. You should apply, you're really pretty and they'll love you.

I seriously detest all rating communities, haaa.
Huge popularity contest. Don't try justifying that your's rates personality, too, because when it all comes down to it: your so called 'voters' just go to the bottom of the application, look at the pour soul's face, and determine if they are elite enough. Been there, done that.
