...Alistair? Is that you, my friend?

True. But I was hardly suggesting dying recreationally. It is simply that you have the comforting knowledge that if you should happen to die, and with Wardens that tends to be a constant possibility, it is only a minor setback.

Ah, true you have a very good point. But, there are no darkspawn here, or monsters at that. Plus, I do not have my sword or armor. I'm barely considered a Warden at the moment!

Really? I thought being a Warden was something you were no matter where you were...

W-Well yes! I mean. That's why I said barely.

[laughs] Ah, Alistair. Somehow it is comforting to have you here.

[more seriously, after a pause] I wonder if this place will bring Elissa here, as well?

That's right! ...Elissa. *grows quiet* Do you think it's better for her to be back at Ferelden than here? I mean, you have been here longer.

Yes, I do. As much as I would selfishly like to have her here...a woman that driven would hardly be happy trapped in a place like this, where it seems next to impossible to make any progress and getting to going home is determined entirely at the whims of the town. And she will hardly miss us, as when I was last returned home, it seemed to be almost at the exact moment I left.

...there is a woman very much like Elissa here, actually. You might like her.

Someone who is like Elissa? That's hard to believe, Zevran.

Either that, or Elissa is like her. It is very hard to tell, really.

You will have to meet her, I think.

If time allows, I'll be willing to. For now, I need to get used to this strange place...
