He lisps, so he says his name "Thimmy" rather than "Jimmy" and his esses sound like "th". (If you stick your tongue out so that it touches the bottom of your front teeth and try to talk, keeping it stuck out that far, you can talk like Jimmy.) He also looks a bit green - but not green enough that anyone's called him on it, except to say he looks a little sickly.
