Reasons why it's Arthur/Merlin
My friends and I are pretty much sure Arthur's love for Gwen is some kind of cover up, since his one and only true love is… adorable and clumsy Merlin. So let's see why it should be Arthur/Merlin, I bet I can give you at least ten good reasons! As Dave Letterman would say, starting with number ten…
#10 - They had the worst beginning
…and everybody knows whoever starts bickering, ends up snogging…
#9 - Uther got introduced AND approves
…and when daddy says ok, it's just a matter of time…
#8 - A dragon, Merlin's mom, Katie and Angel ship them
...and women & animals get these things at first sight…
#7 - Who's there to dress up his royal highness?
…and we never get to see what happens in between! But we do have the naughty looks…
#6 - Sometimes even princes have the right to act like babies
…and who's there to play with?
#5 - They're always fussing over each other
…and a moment later, both put up their best vague faces…
#4 - Arthur definitely doesn't see him as any other servant
…and even if he's yelling at him cause he's clumsy, there's a smile on the way…
#3 - Merlin may be an idiot, but he's HIS idiot
…and Arthur's not exactly known as the most patient man…
#2 - They can't stop laughing when they're together
…and it does help they've got the most lovely smiles…
