The Power of Two

Erm...is anyone even reading this? I've had no comments on the last two chapters I've posted. I feel like I'm talking to the wall. Please let me know if this is any good. Hell, let me know if it's bloody awful and people are just being too nice to say so. Anyway, here's chapter six, which is quite short, but may be longer later. I should be ( Read more... )

I'm reading! I've just been too busy to read as in-depth as I used to, so I don't feel like I have the right to say anything until I can sit down and fully concentrate instead of trying to kill many birds with one stone.

No worries! You're writing is wanted and read and loved. :D Keep up your fantastic work. I depend on these writings to get me through my day.

Thank you so much. I look forward to hearing your thoughts when you have the time. I am pretty desperate for people to like the first thing I have written that doesn't rely on some sort of romance to keep people interested.

I've still been reading. ^_^ I've just been trying to catch up on your other stories as well as I've been a little bit more busy than usual.

As long as you keep writing, I'll keep reading. ;D

Thank you. It just got really, really quiet, which made me really, really paranoid that I had somehow screwed something up -- like, maybe people were pissed off at me for not finishing Survivor's Guilt yet. I'm glad to know someone is listening to this, since I really like this story.

Hey you :) I'm sorry - I have been reading, but I have been so busy with working faaar too many hours that I haven't had the energy to comment. I find your writing style to be more than commendable and it is a very very engrossing read :) Please don't stop :)

Hi, again! I just got through your last bit of story, and I like where it's going! (well, where I think it may be going...or, perhaps, it would be better to say that I like where it's gotten to) Man, I love Fred and George, and you write them so well- it took me a minute to remember that they weren't really "they" anymore. ;-) I can't wait for the next chapter.

(oh, my excuse? I was vacationing in Florida, and well...hurricanes tended to run by and knock over our power lines...)

Glad you are enjoying this. Canon Fred and George never interested me much, but the more I write this, the more I like them. I just wanted to see what would happen if I killed one of them. Isn't that awful?

Wise advice: Avoid parts of the world with violent mood swings. We are still enjoying balmy summer breezes here in New England.

Reading and enjoying.

I like the way that the tone is varying section by section, but I find it makes it harder to comment - what I like in one part is going to be completely different to what I like in another part.

I know this story changes around in its feeling a lot, but that's true of JKR's books as well, is it not? I just like to hear people say, "I liked that bit where X because of Y," or "I didn't like Z so much. Maybe you could try Q instead?" But mostly I am just an attention whore, and I love to know people are reading.
