Boskone

Mmmm...went to Boskone this weekend. It was great. Nothing specifically Potter-related, but the subject certainly did crop up with some frequency. And of course there was the "Beyond Sex" panel, featuring trifles, who catered to my own personal perversions. *grin ( Read more... )

I was reading the sample chapter of Trickster's Queen on TP's site the other day (since it's not out in paperback here yet) and was shocked to see the reference to some woman kissing her maid! After everything you'd mentioned about the original Lionness characters being toned down I was really surprised to see something to unambiguous ... but if she's changed publisher I guess that would explain it!

The Tortall books are all currently published by Randomhouse, from what I understand. It's the Circle books where she has to be careful.

The Tortall books are/were published by Scholastic/Hippo in the UK.

I didn't pay any attention to the Kel books but I'm pretty certain about the earlier ones.

Hi hun,

Just thought i'd ask: I tried to show my friend Katy your website with all of your Potter glory yesterday, and I was unable to get the page up; it appears to have moved or something.
Was just wondering if this is a permanent thing or not? Have you chanced website address?
Cheers,
Jen xx
