Supernatural season finale was damn good. I can't really put my thoughts into words right now because it's still sinking in, so I'm eager to watch it again and post my reaction later. :)
Dragon*Con and some convention up in Jersey in early July, the name of which I forget, but zombifiers are going just for the SPN panels and stuff (as well as getting our picture taken with the Ghostfacers!).
GOD. I wish the episode had ended with Bobby and Dean sitting together and having a beer or working side by side, in total silence, on the Impala. But it's a pretty safe bet Dean isn't going to stick around with Lisa and Ben for long -- at least, I hope not, or else season six is going to be awful.
Okay, I kind of reconciled myself with the whole Dean/Lisa thing (I know, me of all people!) Here's how: Dean is 31, has no family, and no legacy. He really honestly loves kids and companionship. It kinda makes sense.
...
I still wish he kept hunting, though. But I am already imagining him doing the odd hunt under Lisa's nose and her getting pissed about it. And I can't help but think of a certain Patsy Cline song: "I knew you'd love me as long as you wanted and then leave for somebody new." In Dean's case, however, I think it is going to be somebody old *coughSamcough*
I agree with that. It's the ready-made family, but I can't see him being 100% satisfied with that kind of life. He's totally going to start ganking bitches before long because that's what he's meant to do, which has been pointed out in at least two prior episodes. Plus that's... pretty much how he deals with grief and other shitty emotions. I'd love it if Cas joined him after he cleans up that mess in Heaven since he's now a juiced-up and super handy angel again. Though I will miss human!Cas dearly.
What do you think about Sam appearing at the very end? There have been a ton of theories floating around that he's a ghost or an angel (hence the streetlight blowing out). While I personally hope he was able to shrug off Lucifer and break out of Hell, I'm gonna try and reserve my opinion until September.

I didn't know you were going into a Practical Nursing program. That's great!
