Financial Aid is done, just gotta print out the signature page and shove it full force in the mail tomorrow. Then Saturday is an end-of-summer party at Katherine's, Monday is registration for school and Tuesday is first day back at work. My excitement is palpable. :|I'm trying to think of something to do to officially close out this summer. A

Also, I would post this anonymously but I want you to know that I think it's great that you're going to school. I'm quite proud of you. And I really wish I had a friend like you around here. My brief affair was wrought with issues, because as much as we claimed to be upfront with each other, we each lied and continue to lie about the depth of our feelings and the nature of our relationship. I don't like being lied to, and I don't like being manipulated, and I'm glad he's haunted by me, but I wish I'd never heard about it, because knowing that someone still thinks about me draws my thoughts to them.

For starters, it's great that you got out of an unhealthy relationship, and while they may be the last person you want to think about, try turning it into something positive. Learning from past mistakes and so on.
