How Life Is Interpreted From All Viewpoints

Life is a very awkward process. We have to endure and overcome so many obstacles in life; first it's learning to walk, then learning to talk. Once the basic steps are achieved, then it's thirteen years of hell school (assuming it's K-12). After high school, one is expected to go off into the "real world" and find a job, possibly a spouse, and ( Read more... )

But yeah, great entry. It's all very true...Drama has been constant with me a ton lately, although I'm very pleased with my close friends.

I think life seems to go by faster when we get older, because as we get older we pay more attention to time.

As in.. how many 7 and 8 year olds pay attention to the calender? Whereas.. you tend to pay attention to such things in high school and while working.

Nice to see you taking a moment to think about life.

I think I may just opt out of the reproduction part of it. I'd opt out of the job part if I could.

I think time runs at different speeds simultaneously. Generally, the longer period of time, the faster it seems to go. For instance, when I'm waiting for my anti-virus software to update, time slows to a crawl. But on the other hand, January seemed to go past incredibly quickly.

Now I need to get drunk, thanks.

Logic to your second paragraph could intail that when you're "waiting" for the software to update, you're literally waiting. You probably only think of "the month January" a few times a week, and thus, since it's not the pinnacle of your life, it breezes by.

Obviously, if you were occupying your time otherwise during the software update, you'd think, "Wow, that was quick!" But I know what you mean.

I'd never thought about it like that. That's the most intelligent and insightful thing I think I've heard from you. And that isn't sarcastic or facetious.

Simon Cowell--just acts like that for the sake of TV.
