food processor joy

I bought myself a sweet little food processor today!
Things I want to make:
veggie burgers from scratch
hummus
pita/bread
falafel
ground up baby brains
sorbet
smoothies
lassi
marmalade
potato/sweet potato pancakes
other fancy kinds of pancakes
tomato sauce
pizza dough

Any other suggestions?

Watch out for the smoothies-- that craving (and the leaking from my cuisinart) is what inspired me to get a blender. Hope you have fuuuuuun! And do tell me if you find vegan veggie burgers that stick together. :)
