It is almost as if this all has happened before. No, it's not these curses. It's... something more. This constant sense of déjà vu is difficult to fathom, as if living in a dream that is neverending.

It would be nice if this were really all just a dream... But I don't think we have such luck, seeing there can't be dreams that last this long...

I wouldn't be so sure of that.

Why not? It's not like we can wake up from this dream so easily, right..? And we can feel, and think here... Unlike in dreams where we can, even in a small way, control our dreams.

This is true, however, dreams sometimes seem much longer than they actually are.
