Holy crap I've been abusing this poor journal lately. /pokes it

Still have my job, so yay. I'm wondering if I should come off hiatus tomorrow or make myself extend it for a few days. ...And by extend, I mean hide my laptop under my bed so I can clean my house without using the pretense of de-hiatusing as an excuse to surf the Internet all day.

So good news - I can go back to work on Saturday. I've been worried about that for the past week - at first work was like 'Oh no, it's cool. We don't want you coming in today.' Which... is disturbing, to say the least. But it looks like I'm in the clear now. Hopefully. I shall just have to do some questioning around when I get back. >.>

So I spent a good portion of last week watching several different movies/series. Some were repeats (Dead Like Me, 9), others were new for me (The 4400). It was a good way to fight off the cold, because pfft. Cold as it was last week, I didn't want my hands out from under those blankets even to tap away at the keyboard on my lap.
