I'll probably never eat a Baby Ruth again...

So. I find myself with two weeks off from work. Provided there is no catch I have yet to come across, I have approval for it and everything. My poor bank account... BUT YAY. TIME OFF FROM WORK. It's been what, almost twenty-one months? This is the longest I've had off ever, even including my vacation last August.

Clearly I must think of something ( Read more... )

money, tmnt, work, oh god why did i do that

It's probably all a part of his master agenda. What nostalgic cartoons are left that haven't been made into blockbusters/reboots? TEN BUCKS SAYS HE HAS EYE ON THEM.

Like I said though, I think it would be worse if he was also directing. Far as I can tell the same director is still on board, but then again that could always change...

My Little Pony. That would be something I would actually pay to see Bay destroy. Because then I could finally (possibly) have a cyborg/android My Little Pony.

...Oh my God, that's actually kind of brilliant. Dude, I would pay just to see someone do a parody of that and stick it up on Youtube.

LMFAO

All I saw was the name "Micheal Bay" and burst into terrified laughter.

I think I'm too afraid to make noise. Or do anything but go DDD8 at him.

Did you ever hear about a fic called "Artemis' Lover"? Apparently back in the 90s it was known as the most horrible badfic around. Not that I've read it.

I... have not. I usually try to stay away from badfic except for when people are making fun of it.

Even so, I'm pretty sure this one would beat it. There's an online reviewer called Bennet the Sage, and one of his things is to read badfic exactly as written, which can be pretty funny when there's all these spelling and grammar errors.

This is the kind of badfic where it's painful because it had very little of those things. Just OOC behavior (Again, I do not know these characters, BUT IT'S OBVIOUS IT'S OOC FOR THEM) and the most disgusting theme I've ever seen.

Okay... I admit that Bay did good with the first Transformers movie. I loathed the second TF with a fiery passion and now words just fail me... I can't believe they would let him have anything to do with the TMNT franchise. I hate to say this but I'd rather sit through a non-stop marathon of TMNT Fast Forward & Back To The Sewers seven days straight than watch a Micahel Bay produced TMNT movie... The guy is obsessed with action and explosions... He cares little for plot or character development... Oh weep with me Pi... Weep with me!

And you know it's BAD when I say something like earlier because I HATED Fast Forward and Back to the Sewers.

... I have concerns for the next TMNT movie. Grave, grave concerns.

I think many of us do now. /steeples fingers

And randomly, allow me to glomp you. Sorry I keep forgetting to answer most of your comments - I usually end up reading them at work and forget about replying when I'm home from work and tired. I always smile when I see them though - you're still like the big brother I never had.

*is glomped!*

No apology necessary. Life is busy, stuff comes up. I dig. :) And you're never obligated to reply to any of my blatherings, though I always like hearing from you.

And that's so sweet! You're kinda like the lil sisster I never had, too.
