I just bought a new (to me) car: 2007 Nissan Altima. The ignition and door locks all work wirelessly, based on proximity to my key fob. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_key) I want my car key thinger to unlock the door to my HOUSE, in addition to my car. :P

Think we can do THAT with a computer? :)

I don't think that would be difficult at all. honestly, it would be quite easy even using consumer products already available
