So I spoil my cat though this purchase was really for safety reasons. She had a dangerous habit of sleeping on top of the stove so khylea brilliantly suggested that I get her a heated cat bed. Beaucoup bucks later....

And by beaucoup bucks...uh..50? 100? Our cats might like that too...though right now, they *do* have a heated bed. Namely mine, with the electric blanket on. They leave me some room....

It cost 60.00 at the pet store. I keep thinking I should have hunted online but then I would have paid for shipping and I wanted it RIGHT then.

Yeah, we've got a cat bed, too, on the kitchen counter that separates it from the dining/computer room. There is a heating pad underneath it that we plug in when the weather gets cold since we don't turn up the heat very much to keep the electric bill down. Here's d.b. demonstrating it; she won't let the boys use it, though.

She seems to really like it. At first, I think I had it in the wrong place as she was not interested in it. Then I moved it where she could see me in the office and she uses it all the time now.
