Very happy holidays to you and yours for this year! I had a very mellow holiday time and just spent it here in the Bay Area with friends - we did Chinese food on Christmas Eve and then mac and cheese on Christmas Day. We did not really exchange gifts in this friend group. I had to mail gifts to family so I did that for gifting.

It was a really nice holidays and very mellow - I cannot tell if I am getting sick. I have a very mild something so I am going to do some tests to see if I have anything covid related. I think you have to do that nowadays. Hope you had a nice holiday!

Mine was super quiet. Withdrew into lockdown for a while until I see how bad things are here. December was a great month until it got really close to Christmas. I decked my modest halls and went to some concerts. I am not unhappy. But gotta admit I am tired of the pandemic.

I hope it's 'just' a cold, though I hate a cold, too.

It was very fun! Just a cold seems pretty bad too - I have really enjoyed not being sick for the last two years! Wahhh!

Colds are so awful! I've been very happy to not have to deal with them since we all started wearing masks.

I know of so many people who are working from home because they have omicron --- and they tend to be the ones who stayed one step ahead of delta. At least if it's that and not a cold, it's only gross for a couple of days (so everyone says) but I'm with you -- do not want to be sick at all, thanks! Wishing you luck with this, and that whatever you have is mild and leaves quickly *hugs*

I am already feeling better and whatever it is does not seem to want to get any worse. It is not progressing at all so that is good. I am doing a home test today and then going to the City site on Wednesday to get another test just to be sure.
