Oh this heat wave continues....

Still hot here but it is a dry heat. *wilts* I cannot take much more but according to the iphone tomorrow will be 10 degrees cooler. Praise be the weather genies. I cannot wait for that. I forgot to water my plants so I am sure they all died today. I want all new ones anyway. Kind of tired of those anyhoo

I always get nervous at the idea of no interwebz on vacation, but a break from too much computer is a good thing. Especially if you spend a lot of your working hours staring at a screen. @@

It was kind of hot here today, too - after frosting last week. **head-->hand**

Your chiro's right, specially as you're on the computer a lot at work too. Bit of a lifestyle change should help here. Maybe shorter periods on the computer and using your phone for things like email and checking regular sites?

I think you are right. My neck does not hurt when I use the phone. I will try that. Good points. I can chat on the phone too. So I will try that. :)
