Mike. I think you may have missed something here. The member who were arrested are accused of PLANNING to riot and PLANNING to disrupt. They have not actually committed a crime at all and certainly are not terrorists.

You're right, I misread part of the article. Still, I'm trying to be a little objective. And conspiracy to kidnapping and riot is a crime, I'm pretty sure.

Either way, a charge of terrorism is still FAR out of proportion and as far as I can tell, only useful for locking people away without due process.
