Interesting! So did you trash those letters, cards, and such? I have a zippered pouch that contains something similar, but I haven't tossed any of it yet. It makes me laugh my ass off sometimes. Happy New Year!

I honestly think when I say "i love you" to someone, I truly mean it at that exact moment....but what happens next week, next year could change. :)

I didn't get rid of the "ex" box until I got married...and I still have boxes and boxes of pictures in the garage, just because I was in them too....and i want to keep the memories of how I looked in jr. high, hs, etc. :)

I agree. The future is unpredictable - you never know what could cause your feelings to change.

I just recently moved in together with my gf, so thats why I went through the "ex" box. And just like you, I kept the photos :)
