It is, at least, of interest to me that the Mayor of Austin, Texas is trying to encourage many more people to come live in the downtown area of Austin to give it 'more life

I think NZ is about the only western country to visit that is in our favour $$ wise....tho - D. tells me the dollar is up against the GB pound...so maybe the uk should be on your list of places to visit?
