I've sold up to over 100 dollars worth of books so far!! I still have tomorrow too. Perhaps by the time I close then I will REMEMBER to start totaling up the sales tax

Pfff I know right? After I finish up with Amber, I think I might try some more expressions.
I read some of the official Darker Than Black manga online before and Mao looked so cute! LOL, his policy on who can pet him or pick him up... Mao wasn't always a cat, so he still has some of that human dignity. This also explains why the spring time is the worst for him. X'D Here is where you can read a little bit about Mao, on the profile of my character journal.
Once I get the hang of sketching him, I'm going to do that shenanigan idea at the sixwordstories thing, linking the fanart as well as casting a spell on him to become...SUPER MAO! XD
And with Mao, and other characters from that anime/manga, I'd have a good excuse to try doing fancy coloring and effect things on Photoshop. Whenever Mao and other individuals sort of like him use their powers, their body outlines glow blue while their eyes shine like crimson stars.
I highly recommend seeing the first season of the anime too. It's been my most biggest anime love for months now, ever since I've seen it all from beginning to end On Demand. :D
I might just have yet ANOTHER new DTB muse, even though she's noooot reeaaaally going to be in my RP 'verse but I wouldn't mind having her around at Six Words sometimes. Already she's got a key role in my fanfiction that I've yet to get back to editing stuff in chapters 3-4 (but she's supposed to appear past that--after a week in the story timeline has passed), and my first attempt in sketching her is actually pretty good, despite the small outlining/shading error I did on her hair.
If only Photobucket will stop being so damn stubborn and let me load it online... >.>
I also drew Mao again today, and the coloring is so much better. I also did more shading. :D
That's great you sold so much stuff yesterday. And practice is always goo. I think facial experession is the most important part of drawing even if you can't get anything else right. I think Facial expression (and good writing) is what made Calvin and Hobbes so great.
142 dollars total. I sold stuff for all five days last week. \o/
Yeah the more I practice the better. :D
<33 Agreed; I love Calvin and Hobbes! I have about four of those comic collection books, and I think I still must have misplaced my favorite one--Attack of the Snow Goons.
