I love sailing. I used to have a Martin (I have only one guitar now, an Alvarez Yairi that I've had since...88..wow, 20 years). I missed my 20 yr high school reunion...thanks for bringing that to my attention... I just turned 39 a month and a half ago. I was in great shape 2 years ago, but this past two years of putting in 15 to 18 hours days strapped to a chair in the office has not been good for my health. Especially not good since I'm diabetic. I need more exercise (hey, spring is here, outdoor inline aggressive skating will soon be in season! I lost my bike...) I just started writing open source software this year. I stopped drinking in 1996.

That is kind of weird.
I love sailing.
yea, magic. I wish I had a good friend with a boat and lots of discretionary time on my hands

I bought a Takamine classical, the nicest guitar I've ever owned, in 1988. I got disillusioned with music once I figured out I'd never be any good and sold it around 1996 (I also needed a head for my Land Cruiser). I saw the error of my ways circa 1999 and took up the guitar again as a hobby.

I'll miss mine too. I won't regret it much except out of curiosity

Happy belated birthday!

Happy Birthday! When my obsessions start to wane, I prefer to tell myself that I’m evolving rather than flaking :)Good luck with whichever fitness program you choose.

I think you've got some good ideas on your lists.
And, I've been known to drink a bottle of wine to myself as well. Usually when I'm writing. (Stereotypical in its way, I suppose.)
Thankfully not all the time, though.
