At Photographs TCG, there can never be enough decks but we're not always too sure about what cards people want to collect, so this is your chance to speak up! If you've got images lying around on your computer (or are willing to find some) of your favourite character and/or series, and want to see it made into a deck (provided if we don't already

To answer your question, special decks do not count towards the monthly limits of donations. You can donate 1 special deck each month. If your special deck is ready to be made, then go ahead and donate it!
