No, it's nothing in particular. It's a general observation of the traffic accidents that I encounter often in Calamba and Sta. Rosa.

The news thing... well, I never did tell anyone what my job was, but within a month, everyone on the block magically knew where I worked and what I did for a living. Must have been from my grandmother or aunt. That was last year, anyway.
