Wow, picking just one pairing is probably the hardest part, but I think the closest to be OTP is definitely Shinjiro and Akihiko from Persona 3. I love their backstory and their dynamics and I think it's shown in the game the dept of the reationship they share and how much they care for each other. I don't think I can say they're canon, but they're very close to be haha;;
