Welcome to the third round of "Guess the Mangaka"! Each week I'll be posting a slightly distorted OR b&w image from a certain manga and all you have to do is guess who drew the series! For guessing it correctly, I will give you two random cards plus one random card if you tell me another manga (any manga) of that mangaka!
