OMGoodness, 'needles, hay or other debris', makes the mind boggle at what 'other debris' might cover *g*
That cake topper is very odd.

It seems odd that "needles" would be the first thing listed, as if they would be the most expected banned detritus IN a pickup truck bed.
As for "other debris"... I can only imagine. Running with the meth-country assumption,... copper wire, glass pipes, and parted-out bikes are also unwelcome debris in truck beds at that car wash but they didn't want to get TOO specific;)
