Thanks! It was so dark and rainy that my pitiful little camera was stretching its capacity well beyond its limits. Thus, the Renoir-like soft focus.

I was so relieved when he was old enough to come home from school alone (only a couple of blocks away) but the waiting in the rain, sleet, wind, and snow was a nuisance!
