Why I am in UP

Given the torture I am experiencing at the moment, I still believe that there's no place like UP. I often ask myself the same question and the set of answers that I can think of never fails to amaze me. I don't even know why I am teaching English 1 and 10. I guess to a fresh graduate, it seemed like the logical progression. It pains me so damn much that I have to leave UP.

Makes me think twice. anonymous March 3 2009, 14:26:22 UTC
I have a copy of this blog post on my Flash Disk. Everytime I try to think, "UP or AdMU?", I read this. Last Saturday, I went to Ateneo JGSOM's Open House to give the Univ a chance to convince me. Yes, they surely "brainwashed" me. Haha. I had demonstration classes on Law and Accounting.

I was so sure that day.. "Ateneo is the school for me." I went home, opened this hell of a blog post then.. lo and behold.

Back where I started. Dilemma.

I'm already happy enough that at least, I'm able to make you think twice. What I'm just saying is that the choice for a uni should be really assessed very carefully and holistically. As the classic uni debate argument goes, "unis perform social functions". LOL. That, I think, is something that is almost always being taken for granted.
