Phelps Barred From UK

The United Kingdom has barred fundamentalist hatemonger Fred Phelps and his daughter Shirley Phelps-Roper from entering the UK. does this mean if he tried to go there, he'd be deported for being recognized in public? it is sad, when he should be deported from america for being a hate group.

Well, the difference is that he's an American citizen and not a British citizen. Like most countries, the UK has always reserved the right to disallow any foreigner they consider undesirable, and they've invoked that against Phelps due to him being self-evidently nothing but a viciously bigoted troublemaker.
