A co-mod's job includes posting challenges and the subsequent voting and result threads. They will also have to make certain that all icons submitted to the challenge they are supervising abides by the rules.

I'll hire you as a volunteer banner maker for now, unless you really want to be a co-mod? It's okay about being behind, BTW. That's why, ideally, there'll be more than one banner maker.
