 Not sure if you can access this from outside NZ but give it a try anyway. It's a radio interview. The show is called Round the Edge and the interview is in the first part of episode 103. It's about 25 minutes long.

I was initially hesitant to post, thinking I hadn't come across very well, but I think I did ok.

Yep, it works outside of NZ.

It was a good interview. I learnt some things about how to help/support people with depression just from listening to it.

Thank you, I'm glad you were able to hear it. One thing I need to say is don't underestimate what you do for me on this site. The fact that you comment on my rants and let me know you are 'listening' really helps a lot. I have found letting out my frustrations through LJ has been rather cathartic and it really does help to know there are people here that care enough to say 'I understand' and 'It's ok. Rant away.'

I don't always comment, but I do read each of your posts. I've had depression myself, although it was pretty mild compared to many people, so I'm happy I can be of help by "listening" ^_^
