...so if you read a prehistoric talking dinosaur mystery set on Pangaea, which continent would it count towards?

Without Lawful Authority, by Manning Coles, written in the 40s set in the UK, is really funny.

Well, it could count towards whatever location that part of Pangaea will be in our time . . .

And I'm sure most prehistoric time travel stories count, even if the authors are not about to spend the time figuring out what part of the world the butterfly was stepped on. :)

According to Seasick, by Alanna Mitchell, dinosaurs used to roam amidst tropical plants near the north pole.

BTW, can I read your dinosaurs-in-the-yard story?

I could email you the first chapter. . . it's very much unfinished though, and I think I may have to scrap that bit, because I'm going to have to totally reorganize the novel, and I can't see how I can fit the scene in anymore. This is why they call it "killing your darlings" isn't it? Sadness.

So yeah, if you're curious, I can email you the first chapter. I doubt it'll be at all what you expect though. . .
