World events like this inspire me. The people of Iran are amazing for taking a stand for themselves, and for their future. It infuriates me how one group will try so desperately to suppress another--I can't imagine something like that happening here on such a huge scale. That's probably one of the biggest reasons I'm proud to be an American... that I can't possibly conceive the notion that anyone would ever try to silence me... or that I would ever let them.
