This, just moments after, I helped him save a file from his personal laptop, that I didn't even notice wasn't Windows-based, onto his flash drive. Pretty much just screamed "I had a tech buddy tell me this was cheap so I went with it and now I know buzzwords like "open-source."
I also had a patron tell me that all the computers in the school should be Macs. I made a joke about wanting to get things done when I used the computer. She asked what I couldn't do on a Mac. My comment was "Play games?" She said "You're obviously not playing the right games then." and added "All of those Pixar and Dreamworks movies are made on Macs!"
I resisted the urge to tell her to wait till the end of the credits to see the big HP logo.
