Feeling nostalgic

After my usual monthly ninja vanish, I had intended to do a write-up of the craziness that has been occurring-and may still do so eventually-but then I started perusing fanfiction.net and older Livejournal entries and it made me feel somewhat nostalgic. I began contemplating the ways in which the Internet has colored my interactions with the people

It's funny really, to contemplate how things are so easily connected.
Like how you were one of the first people to review the first fic I posted on ff.net, back when we both used different names and years before we ever knew each other? I have to say that that was the most surprising internet coincidence/connection I've ever experienced!

It still amuses me that that happened and definitely goes to show that anything is possible.

Who knows, I could be so good that I'll sson start stalking people before they're even born. Lack of an actual existence can't deny the power of stalking.

I'm always amazed when I think how different my life would've been if I hadn't discovered FFN or gotten a LJ all those years ago.

As am I. It seems like a little thing, but then you end up contemplating how many years those interests have spanned and it's certainly something.

And I, too, wonder what the hell happened to a few people, but that's life. People come and go constantly, but at least they were in my life for a little while.

Oh, definitely so. I don't lose sleep over my contemplations; I'm simply nosy curious, but thankful as well.

I truly hope that that is not the case, but it stinks that we can't really do more than hope for the best until those people reappear.
